What size of the granite plaster should one choose?
The pavement size should be selected according to the future use of the paved area. The larger the granite plaster, the more stable and firm the surface. You can choose from granite plasters in the following dimensions:
- 4 / 6cm (mosaic pavers) – suitable for walkways, allows laying of fancy patterns
- 7 / 9cm , 8 / 11cm – ideal for parking lots and driveways
- 15 / 17cm — paving the streets
The indicated values are the maximum and minimum length of the edges of a cube.
How to determine the required amount of granite patches?
The quantity of paving stones depends primarily on the total area of the plot and the size of the paving stones, ie the larger the area and the paving stones, the more tons of paving is needed.
The yields given below refer to the granite grade grue. As a result, the Swedish granite varieties have a higher weight, and their yields are somewhat smaller. The fertility of the stones depends, of course, also on the type of laying!
